The Coalition to Oppose Domestic Abuse (CODA) is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Charitable Contributions
All donations made to CODA are voluntary charitable contributions intended to support the organization's charitable mission and programs. Unless otherwise specified by the donor and accepted by CODA, all donations are unrestricted and may be used where they are needed most to advance the organization's mission.
Tax Deductibility

No Refund Policy
Because donations are charitable gifts made voluntarily to support CODA's mission, all donations are final and are not refundable.
